Camp accommodations and meals are provided during scheduled work rotations. Position Overview 1911 Gold Corporation is seeking a skilled and safety - focused Journeyperson Carpenter /Operator Site Services to support the maintenance, repair, and optimization of Site Services at the True North Mine.

The Carpenter /Operator Site Services will work collaboratively with maintenance teams and other trades to minimize downtime, ensure compliance with building codes and regulations, and support safe, efficient facility operations. This dual role performs a broad range of hands - on duties, including carpentry and building services maintenance , material handling, infrastructure upkeep, road and grounds maintenance, fuel monitoring, and coordination with internal departments and external vendors. Key Responsibilities Carpentry Building and Maintenance • Maintain, repair, upgrade, and insta ll carpentry related assets to support facility infrastructure consisting of site buildings, camp dorms, and access applications. • To include but not limited to construction and installation of stairs, platforms, ramps, small room additions, door/windows, trim, molding and flooring. • Inspect and ensure all facility buildings meet applicable regulations and code Preventative Maintenance & Reliability • Follow established preventative maintenance programs, including routine inspections and servicing of facility infrastructure. • Perform regular maintenance on equipment and systems to support site reliability • Assist with maintenance of site buildings , including the camp complex • Maintain accurate maintenance records for assigned tasks • Recommend improvements to maximize maintenance efficiency Site Services Operations • Operate and monitor site services systems and equipment, including: o Potable and raw water systems o Sewage and wastewater treatment systems o Waste handling and disposal infrastructure o Light surface and support equipment such as trucks, loaders, and skid steers • Complete routine inspections, basic maintenance, minor repairs, and general infrastructure repairs as directed Material Handling and Logistics • Complete material deliveries to the mill, headframe, and other site locations as required • Receive incoming freight and verify Bill of Lading documentation when warehouse staff are unavailable or require additional support • Forward Bill of Lading receipts to the procurement and warehousing teams promptly • Coordinate with warehouse personnel to support timely movement and tracking of materials Fuel and Waste Management • Conduct fuel tank dips and accurately report measurements to the Warehouse department • Monitor fuel and site consumables and report shortages or anomalies • Notify responsible vendors when refuse bins are full and arrange replacement with empty bins • Support waste sorting, recycling, and disposal activities in accordance with environmental requirements Roads, Walkways, and Grounds Maintenance • Maintain site roads, walkways, and access routes as required or instructed • Perform grading, snow removal, sanding, and general grounds upkeep • Maintain access roads to and from the Tailings Pond to support safe travel conditions • Identify, report, and repair road, drainage, or infrastructure issues that may impact safety or operations Roads, Walkways, and Grounds Maintenance • Maintain site roads, walkways, and access routes as required or instructed • Perform grading, snow removal, sanding, and general grounds upkeep • Maintain access roads to and from the Tailings Pond to support safe travel conditions • Identify, report, and repair road, drainage, or infrastructure issues that may impact safety or operations Safety & Collaboration • Follow all health and safety policies, procedures, and SOPs • Complete required safety documentation, including 5 - point safety cards and FLRAs • Assist other trades with tasks as required or assigned • Contribute to a positive, professional, and safety - driven work environment Required Experience & Skill Set • Red Seal Journeyperson Certification in Carpentry; extensive field experience also valued. • Ability to interpret construction blueprints accurately. • Class 5 Drivers Li cense required . • The successful candidates will bring hands - on experience in site services, surface operations, • E quipment operation, maintenance, construction, public works, or a related field. • Experience operating light surface equipment such as loaders, skid steers, plow trucks, or similar equipment is considered an asset. • A strong commitment to safety, reliability, teamwork, and environmental responsibility is required.
