Camp accommodations and meals are provided during scheduled work rotations. Position Overview 1911 Gold Corporation is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Mill Millwright to support the maintenance, repair, and optimization of mechanical systems at the True North Mine.

This role is critical to ensuring reliable mill and site operations through effective troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement of mechanical infrastructure. The Mill Millwright will work collaboratively with maintenance teams and other trades to minimize downtime, ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations, and support safe, efficient production operations. Key Responsibilities Mechanical Maintenance & Operations • Install, maintain, modify and repair machinery and stationary equipment. • Troubleshoot production problems and take preventative or corrective action as required. • Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic circuits • Repair HDPE pipelines and complete pipeline pigging • Perform hot work such as cutting and welding • Perform operational equipment checks. • Operate Mobile equipment. • Preventative Maintenance & Reliability • Follow established preventative maintenance programs, including routine inspections and servicing of equipment as per OEM recommendations • Repair, service and rebuild equipment as directed • Perform regular maintenance on mechanical equipment and systems to support mill and site reliability • Maintain accurate maintenance records for assigned tasks • Recommend improvements to maximize maintenance efficiency and minimize operational downtime Safety & Collaboration • Follow all health and safety policies, procedures, and SOPs • Complete required safety documentation, including 5-point safety cards and FLRAs • Document and communicate actions, irregularities and ongoing requirements • Assist other trades with tasks as required or assigned • Contribute to a positive, professional, and safety-driven work environment Required Experience & Skill Set • Minimum 2+ years of related experience in mine mill maintenance • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills • Advanced knowledge or experience with PLCs considered a strong asset • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced industrial environment • Strong problem identification, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Good verbal and written communication skills • High level of professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail Job Conditions & Work Environment • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines • Willingness to perform repetitive tasks • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Ability to work outdoors and in inclement weather conditions • Physically capable of working in an active industrial and mining environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Certifications • Red Seal Journeyperson Millwright - Industrial Mechanic - Certification (433A) Equity, Diversity & Inclusion 1911 Gold Corporation is committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and diverse workplace.
